Eligibility: Eligible applicants must be full-time or part-time employees (minimum of fifteen hours) of Parking Management Company (PMC) with a least one year of service to the company. Children of full-time employees with at least one year of service may also apply. Applicants may be planning to enroll in classes at an accredited community college or vocational school or attend an accredited 2 or 4-year college or university. Employees must maintain a GPA of 2.5.
