Julia Clark

Julia is the ChildcareTennessee Coordinator for Northeast Tennessee. She travels that region holding trainings on ChildcareTennessee.com and assisting child care agencies in applying for ChildcareTennessee’s Support and Enhancement Grant.

Previously, she worked for over 20 years in early childhood education as a Director. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organization Development from Spring Arbor University in Michigan.

When she’s not supporting child care agencies in her region, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband and four grandchildren, teaching painting classes and volunteering with Shower Up in Nashville.
