ChildcareTennessee Finance Coordinator Brittany McCuiston handles the financial interworking of ChildcareTennesee.

The Trevecca Nazarene graduate worked for The Adventure Science Center for 5 years, where she worked her way from customer service to donor membership level status. She then worked for the Sumner County Library System where she started in patron services and worked her way up to Operations Manager at the Children’s Library position.

A desire to do more for the Nashville community brought Brittany to CFMT.

“I worked in nonprofits for the last 11 years and was looking to expand and grow from my previous position,” Brittany says. “I want to gain more understanding of the background steps and processes of grantmaking to eventually help more people get more grants.”

In her free time, Brittany is an avid fan of the horror genre of movies and literature, with her favorite movie being the original Halloween.
