Eligibility: Applicants must be residents of Fentress County.
The Fentress County Dual Credit Scholarship Fund was established by the Fentress County Chamber of Commerce to encourage adults to retrain or return to school for technical training or college/ university courses. The scholarship will recognize adults who are returning to post-secondary education or training.
