Janie, Lillian and Katherine Hubbard were inspired by their diabetic sister Ella to provide healthcare education for those impacted by Type 1 diabetes, particularly low-income families who might not otherwise be able to afford this necessity. The Fund complements the work of the Middle Tennessee chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in their mission to treat, prevent, and cure Type 1 diabetes.
