David Cain had a professional career in technology, but he also had a calling and a commitment to using his swimming and diving skills as a volunteer to save and help people who found themselves in harm’s way in Nashville. This Fund was established by David’s friends and fellow volunteers in the Office of Emergency Management to honor his efforts and his memory.
