The Little Dugan Coughlan Davis Advised Fund distributes grants to benefit charitable causes that uplift the memory and celebrate the spirit of little Dugan and are generally of interest to young children, including but not limited to youth-oriented activities, child development and safety, and educational and experiential opportunities for young people.
