LP has created this fund as a way to help employees with one-time, short term assistance when disaster strikes. Employees who experience unforeseen needs caused by serious illness or injury, death (including spouse or dependents), natural disasters or certain catastrophic events beyond their control can apply to The LP Cares Fund.
