MasterCorp realizes that sometimes life doesn’t go as planned, and that bad things sometimes happen to good people. To support our People Proud culture, MasterCorp has created the People Proud Associate Assistance Fund, which is designed to provide short-term, emergency support to MasterCorp associates who experience personal tragedy and serious financial hardship as a result of certain unforeseen and unpreventable circumstances and who cannot afford housing, utilities, and other basic living expenses. These circumstances would include natural disaster, death, serious or life-threatening illness or injury, catastrophic or extreme circumstances such as a fire or a serious crime against the employee (like robbery or domestic abuse). The Fund also allows MasterCorp associates and partners the opportunity to participate in this effort by contributing to the fund in support of fellow associates who may experience such a hardship.
