Seeking to raise standards of music teaching and performance in the state and to support students from elementary through college levels, through this Fund, The Tennessee Music Teachers’ Association (TMTA) awards scholarships to accomplished and deserving music students who rank highest in the annual auditions. The Carrie E. Warrick Memorial Scholarship Awards Endowment Fund benefits the winners of the Music Teachers National Association Junior Piano Performance competition and the TMTA Ninth Grade Piano competition.
