Bill McHugh was a “lawyer’s lawyer” who practiced his noble profession with skill and integrity for more than 55 years. To honor her late husband’s legacy of dedication to the legal profession, Lou McHugh used proceeds from the sale of the McHugh’s family property in Robertson County, Tennessee, to establish this Fund supporting a series of free “walk-in” pro bono clinics, named for Mr. McHugh, within the Legal Aid Society to provide free legal services to low-income individuals and families.
